Coconut fruit pops or smoothies
makes 8 Popsicles or 2 very rich and filling smoothies
ingredients
- 1 14 fl. oz. can coconut milk
- 1 handful blueberries (i used fresh frozen would work if they are not in season)
- 1 handful strawberries (i used frozen)
- 2 heaping tbs orange juice concentrate more or less to taste
- 1 tbs agave nectar
- 2 tbs protein powder (can be left out if you don’t need extra protein)
dump everything into a blender and puree until very smooth (or make it chunky if you prefer)
for Popsicles poor into your Popsicle freezing container and freeze or pour into glasses and drink.
