I also have a hard time knowing how to express emotions (lots of kinds of emotions). Have you ever tried drumming? I don't know if that would be helpful or not, but I am interested in drumming lately and I wonder if it could be a healthy way of expressing things. I'm a survivor myself of both covert and overt incest. I can see how you'd have issues come up right now and I think they're valid issues. I'm trying to think of a blogger that I might be able to refer you to that might be able to give you some words of wisdom or lend a listening ear. I'll have to think about it.
